I am disappointed that the Senate did not listen to their constituents. I still urge everyone to be vocal about their opinions towards horse slaughter and continue to work toward getting it banned in the United States. Please continue to call your Senators and let them know that we want a ban passed!

Not for the sqeamish.Pretty sick stuff. But necessary to watch.

But what I found amazing was the numerous clearly marked American Airlines containers lined up to ship the meat. According to the reporter AA has no position on the subject.

I’m a big fan of American Airlines, but I was stunned to see they also are profiting from the slaughter of horses. I for one will be avoiding their Dallas / Tokyo and Dallas / Europe connections until they stop this practice.

I wonder how many other Texans would avoid getting on a flight out of Dallas if they knew there was a possibility the cargo hold contained tons of Texas horseflesh? I suggest everyone that reads this call them up and ask them.

Maybe when it becomes uneconomic for them they will reevaluate their position and the shipments will stop.

Thanks for posting Cody! I have been so sick and jumped up and logged on when I remembered what day it was! I made my 2 calls about 30 minutes ago and it only takes minutes to help to try and save thousands! I am begging everyone to call! Let’s keep our force loud and strong!

Thanks for posting this! It is so important that we get this bill passed. It was passed in the House and now the Senate is sitting on it. 70 percent of Americans are against horse slaughter and we need the Senate to know that. I urge you to call your Senators and help get this bill passed!

I called in early this morning using rallyfor horses and the humane society. Just found this site after visting Kinkys site, good to see the battle for independance is continuing.
