Texas Death Penalty Under Federal Eye

I found some interesting news today concerning the death penalty in Texas on CNN. Just wanted to pass the word along.

By the way, is it “ya’ll” or “y’all”?

I think under the right circumstance when a person is truly guilty of the crime, then kill the bastard take him, or her out of the way to a better society. We have the knowledge today to determin if a person is guilty or not. I do not think a person should be put to death until they are proven guilty without a doubt. All rapest, murders, and most of all child molesters let them die.( Murder in self defince or if you are protecting your property is exempt.)

Whats annoying is how long the truly guily, for example a man in Tennessee who murdered 2 people while IN prison (including a prison employee), sit on Death Row. If you intend on putting them to death, and theres no possible reason that they could appeal, get on with it. Stop wasting taxpayer money. However, I don’t always believe that juries make the right decisions, especially with all the new and more sophisticated technologies available. If a person admits to doing the crime, let them die. If they adamantly deny it, lock ‘em up until they can prove that they didn’t. Executing the wrong person is the worst possible crime that a society can commit itself. Also, exectuing rapists and child molestors is unconstitutionally “cruel and unusual,” so if you ever hear a politician promise you that they will, theyre just telling you what you want to hear to get your vote.

I believe its spelled Y’all as in “You All”

I think its crazy to give the death penalty to

a child molester. it would be different if he

commited murder. then the child molester should

be put to death. but there are millions of child

molesters to creat a law that would put them to

death would be mass murder on the us scale.

putting someone to death just because he touched

a child is insane. and americans need to rise up

against texas and any other state that is trying

to creat that messed up law. the latest pole is

that 1 out of every 5 houses has a child molestor

in it. the government have gotten out of hand by

creating a law like that. there are just too many

child molesters out there for them to creat a law

    like that.
