Dan Patrick, R-Dallas is introducing a bill that would pay women 500 dollars to put their child up for adoption instead of having an abortion.He claims the funding from this program would be taken out of the money allotted for Planned Parenthood.
Just an update to let you all know that this obscene bill never made it out of a Senate Committee.
