Abortion Ban

Should the Supreme Court drop the proposed bill on overturning Roe vs. Wade,Representative Warren Chisum, R-Pampa would like to re-establish an abortion ban here across the state to be placed in effect immediately making it illegal for all women seeking abortions. So far he has gathered the support of Texas Eagle forum,Texas Catholic Conference,Texans for life committee,Concerned Women of America for Texas and Rep. David Swinford R-Dumas ,who leads the powerful state affairs committee. Note that Swinford has only said we should have “something in place until we could meet in legislative session.”

This is merely a tactic by Warren Chisum to gurantee he will get re-elected, nothing more.

Being a male, it is not my place to say yea or nay to what medical procedures a woman undergoes. As far as I am concerned its between her doctor and her god. In fact, as a free individual its not my place to say what medical procedure ANYBODY undergoes.

If you think abortion is a sin, that’s fine. But remember, not everybody worships your God, or even a god. You can’t expect people that don’t share your beleifs to be held to them.

I agree. Personally, I think women have the right to choose. Warren Chisum is just at his old games again as far as I’m concerned. You’re spot on there.

    Jared,
That’s a real Texan speaking there. I propose a bill to castrate all Texas legislators. We know they are *&#4**@@ us. This bill would outlaw their hairy gonads. It’s my God’s belief that he made a mistake when he gave them nuts. He actually meant they …were… nuts.
