I have been following this issue. I was so releaved when the house made it illegal to sell or consume horse meat. We had a slaughter house in the town where I grew up and I had even taught young children whose parents worked at the plant. This kindergarten child will probably have nightmares for life. I am always amazed at the control a dollar has on the decency of mankind. I am very much against S.B. 911. 911 screams for HELP!!!

the bad news is now that it is leagal then all these beautiful creatures are dieing a bad painful death. you must have no heart to do such a thing. i totally agree with everyone who hates this auful murder.

Bravo! Call your senators and ask them to support and cosponsor S 311. You can also contact the Texas legistators and ask they they strip the sentence that will reverse the 1949 ban. This is a national issue that impacts more than just Texas.

It’s time to say good-bye to this despicable industry for good.

Bravo! Call your senators and ask them to support and cosponsor S 311. You can also contact the Texas legislators and ask that they strip the sentence (amendment to S911) that will reverse the 1949 ban before the senate vote. This is a national issue that impacts more than just Texas.
