You asked us to tell you about the issues that concern us, I am not sure if this qualifies but it should because it is a prime example of how the backbone of Texas is stomped on by the government that has been elected to protect us. I was informed yesterday that I had lost my appeal at the Supreme Court in Washington DC. To have the motion for summary judgment overturned. This case would have benefited every one in the state of Texas who has timber on their property because it would have put a stop to the state governments intentional deceptive misleading willful and fraudulent timber appraisals.
