<font size="-3">Senate Transportation Committee Chairman John Carona paid an unusual visit to a meeting of the House Transportation Committee, where Texas Transportation Commission Chairman Ric Williamson was testifying about road projects around the state.  Williamson had been avoiding a meeting with Carona and the Senate Transportation Committee and had already no-showed to prior scheduled meetings.  Carona sat in on Williamson's testimony to confront him.</font>
